Ski Studio for rent. For those of you who don’t know what a studio is, it’s basically a nice hotel room. Located in
Park City and on the free bus route for all resorts. 1 mile from Old Town's Main Street, About ½ mile from Park
City Mountain Resort, 4 miles from the Canyons and 1.5 miles from Deer Valley. Excellent for 1-2 people who
don’t need to do a lot of cooking. This condo rents usually for the weekends but of course for the full for the
weeks of Xmas, Sundance, etc. Condo has one queen sized bed, kitchenette (that means a fridge, microwave,
coffee maker, but no stove), ½ bath (no tub – just a shower). This room rented every weekend last season and
is great for skiers who would rather spend $$$ on lift tickets than expensive housing. There is a common area
pool and hot tub and Wi Fi in the main building – which is a 1 minute walk from the condo. This means bring a
robe or big towel if you want to go swimming or tubbing. Address is 2015 Prospector Ave #118 Park City Utah

matter of fact my wife and I live down the street from the condo and we're the type of people that like being near
'the action'. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The free bus line that stops
at the condo can take you to skiing or old town in 5 minutes. Taxis run by the condo too. Free parking as well
at the condo if you're driving in – just register with the front desk of the Prospector Square Lodge.

the rates are lower than if you go through the hotel association.
Usual nightly rental $100/night. Week of Xmas $150/night. Sundance $300/night. If you book through the
Prospector Lodge, expect to pay $100 more a night.
No other taxes or other costs. No security deposit. Payment in full reserves your spot and gets you the keybox
code. No check in or check out time. No refunds for any reasons - so make sure you're flight doesn't get
canceled, car doesn't break down or boss doesn't fire you.
Since it is a condo, there is no maid service, room service, etc. This is a stand alone condo in a hotel.
Payment in full gets you locked in (unless its sundance and its a lot of money).
